We can be found at local shops, events or you can order online.
Deena & Donna use premium raw materials and ingredients and we create our products with the highest standards.
No warranty or guarantees are made for any items as to their intended use. We do not make any claims regarding product suitability, remedy or results for any medical or dermatological disease or conditions.
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
Changes or Cancellations - please be sure to double check your order and address before payment. Changes or cancellations are costly and time-consuming and may be charged a 25% processing fee. Contact us with your change or cancellation within 24 hours of invoice and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on Soaps, Bath or Body products.
Non-bath/body products may be returned, if unused, with authorization and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted without authorization.
We currently ship within the United States only, We do not accept international orders.
We process orders weekdays, Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM pst.
Please allow 5-7 business days after receipt of payment to fill and ship your order. Please note that since some of our products are made fresh when you order, additional time may be needed to ship.
Shipping rates are based on weight of the order. We currently ship USPS Priority Mail, Regional Rate. If you prefer a different carrier, email us and we will try our best to accommodate.
Please double check your address! If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be charged a 5% reshipment fee in addition to additional shipping charges. If we made the error, we will contact you and reship at no charge.

Please note that we may not be able to cancel some custom or special orders.
Since we are small-batch makers, we are not set up to handle large wholesale orders. However, for smaller quantities, we may be able to offer discounted pricing. Please contact us with your needs and for further details.
